A shelter nobody knows about

Secrecy is part of the protection. A shelter that is known can be targeted or crowded. Its location stays with you and a small, named team bound by NDA.

From first message to handover

  1. Enquiry without an address

We ask for your state, never your address. You choose how we contact you.

  2. NDA before any site detail

Signed before you tell us where the site is, covering our staff, engineers and every subcontractor.

  3. A code name for your project

Your name and site are never written together in emails, chats or shared files.

  4. Split crews

Excavation, structure, doors, air and fit-out are done by separate vetted crews. Only a few named people see the whole design.

  5. A quiet site

Unbranded vehicles, no signage, deliveries that look like ordinary construction.

  6. Owner-held drawings

You receive the master drawings and access codes. Our copies are encrypted and destroyed on request.

What we never do

  • Publish photographs or case studies of client sites
  • Keep a public client list, or confirm whether someone is a client
  • Share location details over unencrypted channels
  • Use cookies, trackers or analytics on this website
  • Sell or share your information

Hidden in plain sight

Most shelters double as something ordinary: a cellar, storeroom, gym, library or utility building. Entrances can sit behind shelving or under floor hatches. Air intakes and escape hatches are designed to look like vents, garden features or utility covers.

Where the law requires disclosure

We will always tell you the truth about this.

Excavation usually needs building approval, and some drawings must be submitted to the local authority. We prepare a lawful, minimal approvals package that describes the structure accurately without unnecessary detail, and explain exactly what is shared before anything is filed.

If a court or authority lawfully requires information, we must comply. Where we are allowed to, we tell you first. Read our privacy policy.
